Chloe is a beautiful soul who was abandoned after being used for breeding and was left to suffer. She has a narrow windpipe and a large tongue which affect her breathing although nothing can be done to help this. She also has heart problems which compound her breathing problems. To top it all off, she has a large soft pallet also blocking her windpipe and she needs emergency surgery to enable her to breathe.

We need help with the veterinary costs to cover the surgery and follow up treatment. Without this surgery she will certainly die. Poor Chloe deserves her chance at a happy life filled with love.
