On Sunday 7th November 2021, 12 Stagecoach North East bus drivers will be staying over in the UK's most haunted castle....alone! Northumberland's very own, Chillingham Castle. They're raising funds for The Chronicle Sunshine Fund, supporting babies, children and young adults living with disabilities right here in the North East.

They'll all start their evening in the Great Hall where they can set up camp for the night but as the darkness descends, they'll each spend time in isolation in 2 rooms of the castle which have some of the greatest reportings of paranormal activity, the Oubliette Dungeon and Chapel...

The drivers, from the Slatyford and Walkergate depots, have each been challenged to fundraise but the entire Stagecooch team will be fundraising with on bus collections during the spooky season of Halloween.

We don't know what the night will have in store for the drivers but we do hope you'll show your support and sponsor them and share words of encouragement... we think they're going to need it!
