Its our 30th Year of supporting unpaid Carers of the South Lakes. And to celebrate and raise funds, 5 members of staff are talking on the 5K Inflatable Assault Course in Leeds on Saturday 30th July 2022.

Its the worlds largest and best Inflatable 5K obstacle course has got even Bigger, Bouncier and Better!

Holly Cragg, Jess Abbott, Jane Eccles, Laura Beale and Nicky Woods will tackle 32 gigantic obstacles on the 5K distance.

Being a Carer can be rewarding, but it can be challenging at times too. The pandemic has significantly increased the impact on Carers and many find they dont have time to look after their own health and social needs.

Breaks from caring responsibilities can be a lifeline, but many Carers struggle to get time away. 64% of Carers had no breaks at all during the pandemic and 78% say they dont get the breaks they need.
