Donate today to help our Christmas wish list come true
Christmas at one of Breaks services isnt just about decorations, presents or festive food. Its also about being the family that the children and young people in our care may otherwise miss out on. That relationship means that we have the same hopes and dreams as you would for your own family, hopes and dreams that we cannot achieve without your support.
When you donate, you support the full range of extra services Break provides including mentorship , access to the therapies needed to heal past trauma, and staff members such as a teaching assistant and opportunities team who are crucial to encouraging and supporting young people through work and education.
We want the young people in our care to leave the care system ready to flourish, thrive and be whoever they want to be.
Please donate whatever you can today. Your gift, no matter how small, will help change the life of a young person on the edge of care, in care or leaving care:
£15 means a support worker or mentor can meet an isolated young care leaver this Christmas for a bite to eat or coffee.
£45 helps contribute to therapeutic counselling for a child who has suffered traumatic abuse before being taken into care.
£200 trains a young person as a barista on our CoffeeBreak van, allowing them to build up work experience in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
