Welcome to Cancer Support UK's Big Ginger Social! A fresh new fundraising event, taking place throughout September. Bring family, friends or work colleagues together and experience absolute deliciousness, all for a good cause. Host a Big Ginger Social for Cancer Support UK and the money you raise will help to support people with cancer across the UK.

Why the ginger theme? We include ginger tea bags in our free Cancer Kits, as ginger helps to offset the nausea that cancer patients may experience. So it's an ingredient close to our hearts. It's also delicious and can be a brilliant ingredient in so many things!

And remember that every £25 you raise will help us to fill a Cancer Kit.

Our Cancer Kits provide some much-needed comfort to children and adults having to endure cancer treatment. The Kits for adults are packed with items to offset some of the unpleasant side effects of treatment, like cold hands and feet, nausea, and sensitive teeth. Whilst Kids' Kits are designed to brighten the days of children living with cancer, containing small toys and colouring sets to help entertain and pass the time in hospital, along with practical items like cosy socks.
