Each call answered by an expert Shelter Adviser can be the difference between someone keeping and losing their home. However, as our country is in the depths of a housing emergency, the demand is overwhelming. Shelter can currently only answer 1 in 3 calls to their helpline.
With thousands of people seeking help and another family in England being made homeless every 11 minutes, every donation from Best Western members and their guests makes a difference.
