Each December volunteers come together to transform gathered goods, raised funds and items donated from local companies into baskets of food, presents and luxury items for families and individuals in need at Christmas.

They then deliver these baskets to the local community members that have been nominated throughout the year.

Hundreds of people will receive a basket, with a personalised gift and a 'pass it on' message from the community.

People have said it has given them hope to carry on!

£10 - Buys a present for a young person in Sheltered Housing

£15 - Puts some Festive treats in their hamper

£50 - Sponsors a whole hamper for a Young Carer and their disabled parent

£100 - Sponsors a hamper for a family
