Inspired by Children 1sts partners, the Scottish FA, we need you to pitch in and show that you can keepy uppy with the pros by taking on The BIG Fitbaw Challenge. Can you take 14,000 steps and raise at least £100 to help Scotlands children?
Set your own challenge. You choose when, where and how you want to complete 7 miles, or 14,000 steps. Play a game of 5 aside and get your distance down in one go, or why not spread your steps out over week and go for a lunchtime walk?
We will send you a water bottle and foam finger along with your fundraising pack.
