The Bexley High School Athletic Hall of Fame was established in 1989 by the Millard Family to honor outstanding individuals who have contributed to sports in Bexley and is dedicated to the memory of Rebecca Ann Millard Attwood. In recognizing former Bexley High School athletes and coaches, the Athletic Hall of Fame seeks to strengthen relationships between alumni, the school and the community. A new fund has been created with the Bexley Education Foundation to ensure that the Bexley Athletic Hall of Fame continues for future generations. The fund has been established with a major gift from Gene and Sally Millard, along with contributions made to support the Hall of Fame event over the years. In order for the fund to reach the endowed level of $35,000 additional gifts are needed. Once endowed the fund will provide a constant source of income for the Athletic Hall of Fame.
