Story

Our keen, community-spirited team of fundraisers will be swimming, cycling, and running their way around Blenheim Palace on May 28th 2022, in support of the Brent Centre for Young People (BCYP).

Our team are part of a 150 "Kensal Tri" team and over half of these have never done a Triathlon before! Please click on the "start fundraising" link to join us or fill in the form at bit.ly/KensalTri2022 if you'd like to do some of the free training.

The BCYP is a leading mental health charity. We give young people a space to think and talk about their worries and help them to move forward.

Every year, our specialist talking therapies help over 600 young people in our community who are suffering with emotional or mental health difficulties. These could include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm, anger issues. We also help young people deal with difficult life experiences such as bereavement, bullying, relationship problems, issues at school or work, physical illness, pregnancy or abuse.

By supporting the Brent Centre for Young People you will be helping people to create a better future for themselves. Thank you very much for your donation or interest in joining this year's team
