Spending the festive season in a healthcare setting can be lonely, frustrating and boring. BCHC Charity aims to spread some sparkle across the city by providing entertainment, gifts and festive cheer at hospitals, respite centres and rehabilitation centres across the Trust.

Each year, we provide around 450 Christmas gifts for inpatients of all ages, fund food, drinks and decorations for Christmas parties across Birmingham, provide musical and magical entertainment, and even pay for children and their families to attend the local pantomime! By donating to our Spread the Sparkle Appeal or taking part in Festive Friday, you can help us to do all this (and more!) this Christmas.

Any funds raised over our target will be used in the New Year to continue enhancing patient care all year round!

BCHC charity is the official charity supporting Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT. Funding equipment, research and facilities not part of core NHS services. Your support helps us provide the 'extras' that bring a smile to patients who access our services and enhance their experience.
