Are you up for the challenge.

This new campaign is designed for everyone of any age and ability.

We are asking people to take part in our new campaign 6k in 6 days.

Wether you run it in 1 day, or take your time and do a 1k walk per day.

Everyone who completes the challenge and raises at least £20 each will get a BLF medal sent straight to you.

Do it individually or as a family. You can do it outdoors or just round your home .
