2021 was the busiest year for missions that LNAA has ever seen, with our crews responding to a huge total of 1,496 incidents over the 12 months (a rise from 1,095 missions in 2020). We also transitioned from a 24/5 service to a full 24/7 service and since 1st September 2021 we have covered 24 hours every day with a clinical team. LNAA teams have provided the highest levels of critical care for the region, carrying out numerous pre-hospital interventions and our Doctor, Paramedic and Pilot teams have taken patients to 13 different hospitals in and beyond the region. None of this would have been possible without your generous support
