Story

125 people die by suicide every week in the UK. CALM exists to change this.

We're the Campaign Against Living Miserably and we're on a mission to unite the UK against suicide.

28,000 calls come into our helpline every month. That means we answer a call for help every 59 seconds. And demand keeps getting bigger. We don't want anyone to struggle alone. That's where you come in.

Last year we spent over 3.2 million minutes having potentially life-saving conversations.

Thanks to support from people like you, CALM can continue to run our helpline and smash the stigma around suicide.

We’re here to show life is always worth living. And with your support for our 62 Miles in March challenge, we can save more lives.
