This September, why not challenge yourself and your tribe to take on the 600 Mile September Challenge for Mind in Bradford?
Taking part is simple:
1. Rally your team
2. Choose to walk, cycle or run 600 miles between you between 1st - 30th September 2021
3. Gather sponsorship online for Mind in Bradford
Your team has a whole month to log your miles and raise funds for better mental health. All finishers will receive a Mind in Bradford pin badge & finisher's certificate by post.

Who are Mind in Bradford?
Mind in Bradford help people who are struggling with emotional and mental health problems across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. Around 1 in 4 of us experience a mental health problem at any one time, and Mind in Bradford exist to make sure none of us have to face those problems without support. They offer phone & online support, a safe space to visit in times of crisis and a pathway to recovery at their wellbeing groups. They also have recovery workers ready to listen to adults and young people who are worried about their mental health.
