Run 5km for CAFOD in May! Donate £5 and nominate 5 friends to join you!

Invite friends and family to join you in running or sponsorship, and see how much you can raise for CAFOD. Maybe you could do a number of runs, walks etc?

The money you raise will go towards helping our sisters and brothers around the world who are living in poverty.
