4Cs of Passaic County's mission is to assist families in obtaining high quality early childcare and education that is accessible, available and affordable. Our vision is to serve every child in need of our services in Passaic County.

Child care is one of the top three expenses for families, so helping them pay for child care allows them to allot funds for other essentials. Parents have the opportunity to provide shelter, put food on the table, and buy clothing: the list is endless.
