Join the hundreds of people taking on 10,000 steps a day for 40 days from Friday 6 October to World Diabetes Day (Tuesday 14 November). Come together to change the future for everyone living with type 1 diabetes.

Whether you take on the challenge yourself, as a family or with a team of friends, you are raising money for life-changing research and supporting the 400,000 people living with type 1 in the UK.

We’d love for you to take on 10,000 steps a day to represent the 400,000 people living with type 1 in the UK. However, you can choose any distance that suits you for your challenge. Whatever you can do, you’ll be raising life-changing funds to support everyone affected by type 1.
