Story

One in four of us will develop a mental health issue at some point in our lives. That is the statistic before you add Covid-19 into the equation.

The pandemic and lockdown has led to a rise in mental health issues, we are seeing demand for our services increase across all age groups. This worrying trend is set to continue for some time.

By sponsoring our team of wellbeing warriors, you could help us;

- Offer Resilience training to more key workers and those in the voluntary sector on the front line

- Deliver more parent workshops, designed to help parents support their childs mental health

- Grow our team of support workers so we can provide one-to-one support in Schools

- Provide a weekly 30 min befriending call to someone suffering through loneliness

- Keep our Helpline (020 3137 9590) operating 7 days a week

Just £15 can provide one of our low cost counselling and psychotherapy sessions to someone in need.

Your support is appreciated, if you can, please add Gift Aid. Gift Aid increases the value of your donation by 25% and wont cost you a penny extra.
