The estimated number of people directly bereaved by suicide each year is around 34,000. This is our number at Suicide&Co, as it is the estimated size of our target community each year who could need access to our services.

Were looking for 34 people to take on the 34K Challenge; 34km on September 10th, each with a fundraising target of £1000, so that together we can raise £34,000 to help us to continue to achieve our mission of supporting individuals bereaved by suicide!

You can walk, run, cycle , skip or swim 34km. You can do it alone or as part of a team (maybe even relay style!), and Its flexible so that you can tailor it to your capabilities.

2023 will be our third year of the Challenge! In 2022, we smashed our target and had 51 incredible individuals and 13 teams sign up and take on the challenge, all across the country.
