The 300 Challenge – Your challenge, your way!
We know that everyone’s MS is different. That’s why we’ve designed the 300 Challenge so everyone can take part with a challenge that stretches you, in a way that best suits your abilities and your interests. Choose your own goal, whether it’s knitting 3 jumpers, walking 30 minutes a day or 300 squats throughout the month. Check out some of our challenge ideas below or come up with your own! And if you raise £300 or more, you’ll receive a well-deserved Overcoming MS medal.
The money you raise through the 300 Challenge will help us reach the 300 people across the world who are diagnosed with MS, every day. By reaching newly diagnosed people earlier, we can bring hope to more people, giving them the information and support to live well with MS.
How do I sign up?
1. Choose your challenge, it can be anything! Walk, run, hop, knit, swim, squat, meditate, do yoga, do gardening, cycle or something else - you choose! Don’t forget, it’s a challenge – what will people sponsor you to achieve?
2. Choose how you will reach your goal: It can be daily, weekly or throughout the month.
3. Set up a fundraising page as part of the 300 Challenge on JustGiving

5. Join the 300 Challenge group at any time on the Live Well Hub here: 300 Challenge Group
6. Share your fundraising page with friends, family and colleagues. Why not take pictures of you completing the challenge on social media to get more people donating?
7. Take part throughout June!
Everyone that raises £300, will receive their well-deserved medal in the post.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Complete 3 laps of your garden every day
- Walk 3,000 steps a day
- Do 30 minutes of meditation a day
- Do 30 minutes of crochet a day
- Walk 3 miles a day
- Swim 30 minutes a day or week
- Do 3 Zumba classes throughout the month
- Do 30 squats a day
- Hold a plank for 30 seconds every day
- Cook 3 new recipes a week, or share them with your Circle
- Hula hoop for 3 minutes a day
- Master 3 new yoga poses
- Do 30 acts of kindness
- Do 30 minutes of gardening a day
The choice is yours! Your challenge, your goal and for all abilities. Choose a challenge that is suitable for you. You can take part individually or as part of a team – the more the merrier!
