Let’s get competitive. Who could you challenge? Maybe a friend or family member, or a work colleague. You can challenge them on social media with the tag line I challenge you, think bucket challenge but with squats and you get to be a modern philanthropist. Get your phone out and make some great reels, do it together, you can even get the kids involved.

The most original and funny ones will be shared on our social media channels - remember to tag us and add #TeamGMMC.
