Story
Autism Anglia is the leading service provider in East Anglia for autistic people.
We are asking YOU to take on a challenge, personal to you, that involves the number 21 (or 201 / 2021 etc). This could be to run/walk/cycle 21 miles or learn to say hello in 21 different languages. Our website has lots more ideas if you need inspiration.
Set up a fundraising page by clicking on the orange 'Start Fundraising' button on the right, and share with your family and friends to let them know what challenge you are going to take on and raise as much money as you can. Alternatively you could donate £2.10, £21 or even £210 by clicking on the pink 'Give Now' button.
All funds raised will support our work in enhancing the lives of autistic people.
Complete your challenge by World Autism Awareness Day on Friday 2nd April 2021
Everyone who raises £21 or more will receive a 21 Challenge Medal
Raise £2,021 or more and receive a 21 Challenge Hero Medal and be enrolled on the Autism Heroes roll of honour on our website. (Companies/Groups raising over £2,021 will receive either a medal for each participant or a trophy to share.)
Autism Anglia is an independent charity which provides services and facilities that encourage autistic children and adults to live a rich and fulfilling life. We achieve this through residential and supported living, training, education and campaigning.
People with autism people often struggle to gain access to the services and support they so desperately need. We help autistic people and their families to access the benefits and services they are entitled to, as well as campaigning to ensure that the support is fit for purpose and appropriate to the individuals needs.
Like most charities at the moment, our income and future plans have been severely affected by Covid19. The demand for our services is ever increasing and as a charity, we rely on the generous support of our community to ensure autistic people can thrive.
Help us to make sure autistic people are seen, heard and valued.
