The last few months have been difficult for many people for a variety of different reasons.
The Covid-19 pandemic has hit communities and led to many people suffering with anxiety, isolation and despair.
Here at Northampton and District Mind, we have had to cancel or suspend many services at a time when people need us more than ever.
The generosity of companies and individuals has allowed us to adapt and provide services for people who need us and we are truly grateful.
We have now launched our 20-Day Challenge.
Our staff, volunteers and service users have come up with a host of ideas to fundraise from July 6.
So far those taking part are:
Paul Marshall will be drumming for 20 minutes every day for 20 days
