WELCOME to the 30th Annual Enbridge Canoe for Kids, taking place on June 6, 2026!

On the morning of June 6, join in the casually-competitive race for medals, glory and bragging rights!

Teams will be awarded prizes for top fundraising, team name and team costumes, but the biggest winners are the children who can experience the magic of camp at our beautiful campsite on Christie Lake!

In 1995, nine teams of paddlers raced along the Rideau Canal to raise $3,700 for Christie Lake Kids. And in 2025, 30 teams raced along the Rideau River at Mooney's Bay Beach to raise over $155,000!

Christie Lake Kids is a local non-profit organization that has helped to level the playing field for kids from low-income households, offering camp and year-round programs since 1922.

Enbridge Canoe for Kids, 30th Anniversary Party is June 6 and it is rain or shine so please remember to wear your raincoats. We assure you, it will be awesome!

Please note that friends & family can still participate from home. Our Silent Auction is fully online. Please be generous with your bids, we’ve added more items just today!

We’ve also added our Wine and Beer raffles online so feel free to share the link with others. Purchase as many tickets as you can and if you aren’t with us, we’ll let you know if you won the deluxe beer or wine raffles!

9:00 a.m. – Canoe races start

9:00 a.m. – Silent Auction Tent Opens (Live online now!)

10:00 a.m. – Visit from Fire Truck #34

11:00 a.m. – BBQ lunch

11:30 a.m. – Final round of races

12:00 p.m. – Closing announcements and event wrap-up
