Due to an unforeseen technical error, your non-refundable winning fee of £4.50 was wrongly refunded. Our IT team have resolved the issue to prevent this from happening again.

The fees collected for winning tickets help us to promote the mental health and wellbeing of NHS workers and paid carers across the UK. All profits generated are reinvested, so far allowing us to give away £1.85m worth of free gig tickets and make our first grant to the Healthcare Workers' Foundation.
