Organised by Rock UKThis year staff and supporters from Rock UK will run in the virtual Vitality 10K, helping disadvantaged children to experience life-transforming outdoor adventure at one of our centres.

The money raised from the virtual Vitality 10K will help to transform young lives, building confident kids and creating memories for life, through the Rock UK Bursary Fund.
Your vital support could help in the following ways:
A donation of £12 could provide a disadvantaged child the opportunity to experience a bush-craft session, enabling them to learn vital life skills such as better communication and creativity.
A donation of £20 could give a disadvantaged child the chance to try a new outdoor activity such as abseiling, archery and high-ropes, helping them to grow in confidence, overcome anxieties and develop leadership skills.
