Story

The aim of the 20-4-20 challenge is to get an elite group of 20 people of all ages & fitness levels to complete 20,000km & raise 20,000 from February to the 10th September (World Suicide Prevention Day ).

This breaks down to each individual completing 1000km & raising 1000, 1 a Km. The 1000km can be completed by walking, running, cycling, swimming, rowing however and whatever way suits you best.

You will be guided and mentored one-on-one along your challenge by our very own SOS Ironman John Blake, who will tailor and design a unique training plan to suit your individual needs and complete the challenge. He will have weekly check ins & updates to help you on your training. There will also be group days when all challengers will meet up for training and motivation & support.
