Complete 130K for the 130K this May!

It’s estimated there are over 130,000 people living with MS in the UK. So this May, we’re asking YOU to run, roll or stroll 130 kilometres. If there’s another activity that you’d prefer to do like swimming or cycling, that’s fine too!

If 130 kilometres is too far for you to complete on your own, why not get your friends, family or colleagues to share the distance and take on the challenge with you. After all, together we are stronger!

Why should you support this challenge?

In the UK there are approximately 7000 more people being diagnosed with MS each year. Of these 7000, we estimate that approximately 40% will be under the age of 35.

MS Together is a new UK-based charity that exists to support services of advice and support to people affected by MS, with a particular focus on those aged 18-35 living with MS.

We’re aiming to raise £10,000 to help improve and expand our services which will include:

- Launching a counselling service which will provide group and 1-to-1 support to those who need additional support

- Expanding our in-person events to bring together more people and reduce social isolation within the MS community

- Creating highly sought after information resources on topics requested by our community
