Squat, burpee, lunge and star jump! Break a sweat during the12 days of Christmas to bring happiness, warmth and safety to a vulnerable child.
The exercises follow the same pattern as the song. So, on day one you complete the first exercise. On day two you complete the second AND the first. On day three you complete the third, second and first. And so on.

Day 1 - 1 minute plank
Day 2 - 10 burpees
Day 3 - 3 flights of stairs
Day 4 - 4 v-sits
Day 5 - 5 squats
Day 6 - 6 tuck jumps
Day 7 - 7 push ups
Day 8 - 8 triceps dips
Day 9 - 9 leg raises
Day 10 - 10 lunges (5 each leg)
Day 11 - 11 squat jumps
Day 12 - 12 star jumps
