We would also love to share your photos on our social media channels to show the world our incredible 10K Your Way racers, fighting for young people's mental health. If you are happy to share yours, you can send an email to: fundraising@youngminds.org.uk
Similarly, if you do post on social media, maybe a photo of your 10K, or proudly showing off your medal - don't forget to tag @YoungMindsUK or use #FightingFor or #10KYourWay
Whichever young mind you are #FightingFor, you can run, jog orwalk 10km on any day this September and help raise vital funds for children and young peoples mental health.
Upon completion, all participants will receive a special 10K Your Way medal which has been co-designed by our Activists.
A virtual race is one that can be completed at any location or time, meaning you do not have to physically turn up to a race start line. You could complete your virtual race in your lunch break, before work, after doing the school run, on a treadmill at the gym, or you could walk it with family and friends at the weekend.
It doesnt matter where, when, or how you do it. Youll just need to let us know youve completed it by showing us a photo of your distance covered, or your post-run face!
Your support through this event will be pivotal in helping us create a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges.
