We are doing 100 pushups a day this November in support of Pieta, as together, we can make a difference. By joining this challenge, you'll help us ensure that we can continue to support all those who have been impacted by suicide and self-harm.

Pieta provides free, accessible one-to-one counselling to people suffering from suicidal ideation, engaging in self-harm or to those bereaved by suicide. With 270 qualified Therapists and support staff across 15 centres and 5 outreach, Pieta’s work ensures that help is available to those in crisis.
