Story

Thank you for taking part in our 100 km Challenge.

To complete the challenge and receive your Challenge Hero medal, you can run, walk, swim or cycle or a combination of these to reach the target of 100 km throughout the month of July 2019.

You can complete the distance at your own pace - its all about completing the challenge, not about the speed it took to get there.

You can choose to raise money either for the Hospital Ward/Department of your choice or for the Chemotherapy Appeal.

Once you have completed the challenge, you will need to email charity@dchft.nhs.uk with proof of your completion. Proof can include screen shots of fitness trackers, photos of fitness watches, parkrun times etc. When we have received your evidence, we will post out your medal and certificate to you.

Registration for this event is free, although we would like you to raise a suggested minimum sponsorship of £50.00.
