The 100 Day Burpee Challenge begins on Wednesday, September 23 and ends on December 31, 2020.
TWO WAYS TO HELP:
1. Participation: See steps below.
2. Sponsorship: If burpees aren't your thing or if you simply don't have the time to participate, be a sponsor for an athlete participating in the challenge. Participants are listed on the right hand side of this page under "fundraisers".
STEP 1 Sign Up
Create a fundraising page by clicking the orange "start fundraising" button above or by clicking here . Feel free to edit your story to make it personal to you!
STEP 2 Spread the Word
Invite friends and family to donate to support your efforts! Make a donation and then share your fundraising page on social media and challenge (tag) five of your friends asking them to donate as well. Ask those friends to help spread the word by sharing on their feed and tagging others.
STEP 3 Do Burpees
Start with 1 burpee on the first day (September 23, 2020)
Add 1 burpee to your set each day (Day 2 is 2 burpees, Day 3 is 3 burpees)
By day 100 (December 31, 2020), you must complete 100 burpees in one day
Split them up throughout your day however you want. Do them all at once or split them into sets. If you miss a day, you must make it up! Try not to miss too many days, as it will be increasingly difficult to catch up. On the final day, all 100 burpees are to be done and challenge completed!
