You can take part in this challenge however is best for you. The aim is to achieve 100 reps per day from a choice of four exercises. You could do star jumps, squats, sit-ups or a plank, choosing to complete a combination of all four, combine a few or just choose one – the only criteria is you must equal 100 reps per day.
As an example you could complete 50 squats and 50 star jumps to equal 100 reps or 40 sit-ups and a 60 second plank to equal 100 – the choice is yours.
