Take on a challenge with #TeamRetinaUK! Run, jog or walk 10 miles for Retina UK and raise £10 for each of your 10 miles.

Whether you tackle your 10 with short sprints or reach your finish line in one go, you can make this a challenge that works for you. Take part by yourself, with family or friends. Run your favourite route, jog round the block or walk through your local park. However you decide to take part you'll be helping Retina UK to provide support today and search for treatments for the future.

How it works

With your own JustGiving page, your family and friends can easily sponsor you and by linking your page to Strava, you can automatically track your miles.

Sign up today (it's free to take part), grab your trainers and go for your goal. Then, put your feet up and wait for your certificate in the post!

Support for you

As a part of #TeamRetinaUK youll get guidance from a dedicated member of our fundraising team including help connecting your fundraising page to the fitness app Strava to automatically track your miles (you can also record your miles manually if you prefer); access to a range of materials to help including sponsor forms, collection tins, and pin badges; and if you choose to run, an invitation to join our exclusive Retina UK running club on Strava.

Your fundraising will help support people affected by inherited sight loss to lead better lives today, and through stimulating and funding medical research accelerate the search for treatments for the future. With your help, we will make our vision, of a world where everyone with inherited sight loss is able to live a fulfilling life a reality.
