We provide long-term help & support to prevent & end homelessness in Merseyside

Story

Hi,I last ran the London Marathon in 1988! Running it again is a challenge and a long time dream of mine. I think you should sponsor me just for the sheer madness of me trying :-) I will be raising money for a cause, that for those of you who know me is very important to me.

The Whitechapel Centre is the leading Homeless & Housing Charity for the Liverpool area. They open every day providing breakfast and showering facilities for rough sleepers. They work with some of Liverpool's most vulnerable and socially excluded people.

They provide: education, training, health care, outreach services, and much more. I can gaurantee any money raised will be put to a good use and will change lives.

£5 pays for a cooked breakfast for 10 rough sleepers

£15 provides a housing advice session that will help a homeless person to secure accommodation

£25 provides a tutor and materials for a structured training session, giving homeless people essential life skills
