We provide specialist care to seriously ill children & their families

Story

The Bywaters family are taking on the grueling 62 mile bike ride from Bywaters to Brighton, in support of Haven House Children’s Hospice, on Friday 23rd July.

The charity cares for seriously ill babies and children by creating a loving and warm environment for them and their families while they go through the toughest of times. They really are a lifeline for so many local families and we are extremely proud to be supporting them.

Haven House provides round the clock care at the hospice, surrounded in beautiful grounds and woodland, in Woodford Green and through outreach services in the home and local community. They provide; day care, over-night stays, end of life care, bereavement support, as well as life enriching activities such as sensory play, music therapy and physiotherapy.

Haven House needs to raise approximately £4 million every year to keep their doors open. Of this they only receive 20% of government funding therefore they rely on the generosity of the community and supporters to keep their vital services running.

Please dig deep and help us support such a great cause.
