About Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra
Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra, established in 1925, is managed and promoted by the Brighton & Hove Philharmonic Society Ltd, a registered charity. The purposes and activities of the charity are to enrich the lives of people in Brighton & Hove, and beyond, by delivering varied, innovative, engaging and accessible concert programmes, performed at the very highest level by professional musicians of the Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra. Its artistic values are inclusivity, excellence, sustainability, collaboration and education. Its annual concert programme seeks to include a mix of concerts and recitals of artistic value for the enjoyment and education of the local and wider community.
