Story
I am 43 years old and have suffered from depression in the past. In 2002 I suffered a nervous breakdown, which left me incapable of work or even functioning for a long time. I have only recently begun to pull my life back together. In September 2010 I will be going to University for the first time.
I decided to lose weight in preparation for my Uni studies, but thought it would help if I had a real goal to aim at. With regards to the weight loss, well, I have always been a large person, but last spring I was at my heaviest at just over 26stone. I was beginning to think about disability aids and the like. Thankfully, I decided to do something about it. to date I have lost almost 4 stone, but still need to lose a significant amount.
I will update this page regularly and will put up pictures and training updates. Please support me and help me on my journey to Brighton and shrinking.
Hugs and best wishes
Tracy
