Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page!

Against my better judgement, I have signed up to run the Hackney Half on 18 May 2025! I will be raising money for Bail for Immigration Detainees (BID), a charity I had the privilege of volunteering with for eight months last year.

BID is dedicated to challenging immigration detention in the UK by providing legal advice to migrants detained in immigration removal centres and prisons. Their work helps individuals secure their release and regain their freedom.

Reaching my target of £1000 will go directly to keeping BID’s advice line up and running, empowering more people to access the support they need to apply for bail and exercise their rights.

Any donation, big or small, will be very much appreciated. I can attest to the fact that it really does have a huge impact! Thank you so much in advance.
