Story
Yesterday, we took part in the Basingstoke half marathon!!!! Together, we ran this tough, hilly run in memory of Charlotte’s uncle, Peter Clifton-Gould, who sadly died of a brain aneurysm. Helen, Sam’s mum, had her brain aneurysm 6 years ago whilst we were both on the other side of the world in Melbourne, Australia. Luckily, Helen has made a remarkable recovery, with thanks to some of the wonderful help she received from Headway.
Headway is a UK-wide charity that provides vital care, services and hope to those who suffer such a brain injury. We are very grateful to Headway for the help they provided to Helen who is such a bright light in our lives and continues to inspire us every day.
We would be extremely grateful if you could support this charity and its work, to help others affected by this cause. Thank you so much in advance for any donation, no matter how big or small🫶🏼
Now…time to recover some very, very sore legs! Until next time!
Love Charlotte and Sam
