Hi friends!

I’ll be participating in the Whizz Air Hackney Half Marathon this coming May 2025. I will be supporting a cause close to my heart: the Literacy Pirates. Literacy Pirates is a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping children build confidence and unlock their creative potential in literacy. https://literacypirates.org/

I’ve been a volunteer with the Literacy Pirates for nearly a year, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I always enjoy spending my evenings supporting the Young Pirates in their very funny and unusual storytelling and reading adventures. It often is the highlight of my day, except when we play Splat (I'm embarrassingly terrible at Splat, but one day I will win)!
