Nearly 7 years ago my girlfriend died in an accident.

Since that awful day, I have put thoughts to paper which I am now turning into what will probably be an unremarkable book.

But let's try and get something good out of this. There are people a lot less fortunate than me. Asha's Mother came to the UK as a refugee.

Instead of buying my book I will ask you to pledge money to Refugees At Home via justgiving, a charity which is putting people with spare accommodation in touch with homeless refugees. The book is called Black Box, because I am trying to make sense of a disaster.
