KPMG Birmingham fundraising for Birmingham Crisis Centre · 14 June 2021

Story

Please help to support the Birmingham Crisis Centre raising vital funds for refreshing and updating the accommodation for the women and children.

The centre can house up to 24 women and up to 75 children in self-contained rooms, and during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown they spent all their time in their one room.

As you can see from the pictures attached to the email, they are
in desperate need of refurbishing. Having a warm, comfortable room is so important for new families arriving and more established residents alike.

They deserve to feel safe and protected, and having a comfortable place to stay helps with their overall wellbeing, boosting their chances of moving on and getting on in life.

Your donations will contribute towards:

  • Redecorating the rooms
  • Carpet and flooring
  • Furniture
  • Light fittings and lamps
  • Curtains/blinds
  • Soft furnishings, e.g. towels and bedding
  • Toiletries

Please help by donating whatever you can and contact Faye Fryer with any questions.

Thank you.
