This is a personal journey for me, one where I can raise awareness and help to support other women to protect their children from the ongoing challenges of domestic violence. 

I also get to spend a week with Jaigo (my son who is also doing this for charity) supporting each other through this challenging journey 

I have been working on my fitness levels for the last few months seeing Nic and Mash my personal trainers and walking the dogs for miles in preparation for what is to come. Dropping a dress size is an added bonus and the dogs love it too. 

My georgous husband to be has been very supportive taking me shopping for boots and all the bits we need
