My good and close friend Emily McNeal has recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and is currently undergoing treatments that involve all sorts of prodding, poking, zapping and probing.

To show her how incredibly brave she is being and how well she is handling this, plus to raise money for this very worthwhile and excellent cause I have decided to run in the Silverstone Half Marathon this March. Plus her husband is doing it, and Emily has secretly asked me to run with him, in case he can't handle it and needs me to carry him the final 12.8 miles.
