Hey guys / salaams / peace be upon you -

YEP - It's me again and it's that time again! I've come to present you an opportunity to part with your hard-earned monies (or maybe not so hard-earned) to help provide the gift of clean water - you interested? Yes? Okay then stick around :)

We take water for granted - that's normal. We've had clean water available to us from taps from the day we were born. We drink, we wash, we waste - but do we really think about what life would be like if it wasn't so accessible? 

One such country is Benin, sandwiched between Nigeria and Togo, and was ranked 163 out of 188 on the 2018 Human Development Index (HDI) ranking of the United Nations Development Programme.

Water poverty has led to a huge problem with sanitation in Benin which has caused many many preventable diseases and deaths - this is saddening.

Guys - collectively we can try and change this. I'm not saying our water well is going to fix everything, however, (statistically) I'm sure we will prevent at least ONE disease or ONE death. For me, that's a cause worth fighting for.
