Story
I am taking part in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk again this year in memory of my brother Fraser Gibbon.
As many of you will know, Fraser really was a one of a kind person. He may have had his troubles in life but he was the friendliest giant out there, and would have given you the shirt off of his back if you needed it.
This year we have decide to fundraise for a charity a bit closer to home...... Rainbow Rogues 🌈
They truly are an invaluable source to the city and shire, and if they had been on the go when Fraser was younger they could have been an amazing support system for him and our family. Please read there Mission statement below;
Our mission is to be a trusted and comprehensive support provider for families with additional support needs. We are dedicated to offering a safe space where families can access supported play, parent peer support, dedicated family support workers, emotional and mental health support, and person-centred therapy when needed. By working alongside families we strive to enhance their wellbeing, empower their choices, and promote the overall development and happiness of children and their families.
