On October 17th, 2013 I will be shaving all 20 inches of my hair off to raise money for UNICEF! My hair will go to Little Princess, a charity that makes wigs for little girls who have lost their hair due to illness. 

The money that goes to UNICEF will be used to advocate for the protection of children's rights, to help meet their basic needs and to expand their opportunities to reach their full potential (UNICEF website). If helping to fund an international organization dedicated to saving children isn't enough, you also get to watch me shave my hair off and look super funky for a while! WOOHOO!!
